Steal the Look

For today's post, I'm going to share with you some tricks
that can make you look slimmer especially in photos.

I for one am jealous of people who are blessed with sexy genes.
Well, technically, I have always been fat because I don't exercise,
and yet I eat like one of the boys, I'm to be blamed (lol) :)

So here's a little remedy to hide those imperfections.
I can't guarantee that it would work for everyone but it's worth a try :)

First, choose heels in nude color to elongate your legs like so.

Second, choose a simple yet sexy dress to go with your skin tone.
Teal is a good color in my case and I chose an asymmetrical cut
to bring out a more feminine silhouette.

Simple in front,

yet a little bit daring at the back.
I got this backless sling-strap chiffon dress from ROMWE
If you like it, you can check it out at http://www.romwe.com/

Last but not the least, it's all about posture and angles.

Celebrities have all been doing it, so should we.
Make sure to slightly turn your body sideways
positioning one foot in front of the other.
Slightly tilt your chin a little bit downward for a beautiful glow.

Hope this helps dear readers. Do make sure to smile and be yourself :)

Ethereal Blue

Maxi dresses have always been an amazing fashion piece.
It makes petite girls like me look a little bit taller and slimmer.

My peg for this post is an ethereal look.
If you want to recreate this ensemble,
start by choosing a color that will bring out your natural glow.
In my case, Royal Blue is one of those colors.

The next step is to choose the right cut to accentuate the curves of your body.
I recommend cuts that give you a more feminine silhouette like so.

What I love with Maxi Dresses is that they are simple yet elegant.
Special mention to Jin for this beautiful dress.

All you need to do is add a few accessories like a chic belt.
The Black and Gold color combo never fails to create that classic look.

Complete your look by flashing the prettiest smile you have.
Trust me, it works all the time :)

Of Lace and Stripes

Whoever said that suspenders only fit men should think again.
This classic borrowed-from-men style
can also be flattering in women when worn right.

When wearing suspenders,
it's important to choose a top that is fitted to create a more balanced look.
In fact, such an incredible piece already serves as your own personalized accessory.

I'd personally recommend a tone-on-tone look for a more feminine silhouette.
Make the colors blend in as if they were bought as a pair.

Another great way to create an eye-catching ensemble is by playing with
interesting textures and a mix of some so called graphics.
As they say, fashion is art.

For more unique fashion pieces, do checkout ROMWE,
one of my favorite online stores via http://www.romwe.com/ :)

Remember readers it's all about creating a look that you can call your own.
Sometimes there are styles that won't fit you, that's a given,
but it doesn't mean that you have to limit yourself from
experimenting further. Who knows, you might just like it.

What do you think about this look?

Touch of Pink

For today's post, I'm bringing you a Barbie-inspired look.

As you all might probably know, Barbie is into all things fashionable.
She's cheerful, friendly and most of all loves the color pink.

Pink is associated with youth.
While it's summer, wear pastel and dainty colors to make your skin glow.
Pair your ensemble with some stylish sunnies for that sweet look.

For the cut of the dress,
I recommend a little peek-a-boo back for the hot weather :)

Lastly, smile often and keep a positive attitude to attract good vibes.
