Seoul Searching

Weeks have passed since we visited Korea, yet it's as if we left our hearts in Seoul.

If you love Korean drama (clue: Winter Sonata) then you'd probably guess our 1st stop:
NAMI ISLAND

The island is so majestic and picturesque that
it deserves one whole blog post dedicated to it.

Not to mention, it's a great place to fall in love,
as well as document prenuptial photos like so.

With a view like this, I actually don't mind getting lost :)

And of course, friends and family will always be the best companion.

Because as they say, "Sometimes the most ordinary things could be made extraordinary,
simply by doing them with the right people"

After a relaxing stroll, we say hello to Room 710,
our beautiful and cozy hotel room located at Myeongdong, Skypark.

My twin and I decided to avail a PRINCESS SUITE for an ambiance like so.
3 beds for 2 people LOL. It was actually worth it.
Extreme style & comfort, not to mention 2 bathrooms inside the room!!!

I feel like Barbie living in my own dollhouse.
As for my style must-haves, it would be
this Fur coat (ROMWE), Shades (SPLATT.MNL) and
bags and handlewraps (Ohmybag PH)

Christmas is indeed fast approaching. Have you found the perfect dress?
A date perhaps? Whatever your heart desires, wishing you
the best that the Holidays can offer :)

Stay tuned for my fashion posts as well as Part 2 of Korea :)

Love,

When In HongKong

A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to visit HongKong and destress a bit.
Though we were not able to visit Disneyland and Ocean Park this time around
due to massive changes in our plans, it was one hell of a trip.

For my readers who haven't been to Disney, (whether it be in HK or USA etc.),
do make sure to put it in your bucketlist, because I guarantee you'll love it :)

A big hello from my twin and I :)

We were also joined by grandpa and our cousin (who took this photo).
One reason why we came to HK was to satisfy our food cravings.

When in HongKong, you eat as if there's no tomorrow.

And what better way to do it than celebrate with the company of relatives and friends.
After all, they can make good food recommendations, now that they are locals!

And this is what I'm talking about.

And the famous DIMSUM.
All to our heart's content :)

The second tip: When in HongKong, go island hopping.

Do visit Lantau Island,
HongKong's largest outlying island and home to the giant Buddha.
The bronze Buddha is said to be 111 feet or 34 meters high.

To get here is actually the fun part.

Through a cable car ride, you'll get an incredible panoramic and
breathtaking view of the mountainside and the South China Sea.
It's an experience one shouldn't miss.

Can't help but take a little video selfie! :)

I highly suggest choosing the glass-bottomed Crystal Cabin
(than the Standard Cabin) for you to fully experience
an incredible dimension of beauty and magnificence.

If you have a big fear on heights,
then this will be a challenge, but I promise, it will be all worth it.

If this isn't your cup of tea, the third of option you can do is
When in HongKong, get lost and explore.
Ride a tram and visit Madame Tussauds, a wax museum of famous personalities!
To know more about it, checkout this post of mine: Walk with Me

Experience the beauty of the Hongkong skyline
by also visiting The Avenue of Stars located in Tsim Sha Tsui.

If you want to read more about it,
you may checkout my previous feature of HongKong: Avenue of Stars

Now that we have finished eating and exploring,
then it's time to shop.

When in HongKong, immerse yourself in fashion.

Whether you're an avid fashionista or just feel like strolling around,
Times Square is a beautiful place to do just that.

And OMG, Star Wars StormTroopers!!!
Our visit was so timely :)
For those who haven't watched The Force Awakens,
do yourself a favor and buy yourself a ticket! You'll enjoy it!

I already miss Hong Kong!
Oh the separation anxiety :)

A Merry Christmas to everyone!
