The Flame

Tasting Menu or Degustation Courses are my favorite as I get to try all the chef's recommendation in one seating. This time we explored Flame Restaurant. Flame is located in Discovery Primea, Makati. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant yet cozy which can be a perfect venue for date nights, family get together, and even a business meeting.

Each dish was wonderfully crafted, well plated, and filled with a burst of delectable flavors.

We had a glass of red wine to pair with the tasting menu.

Tuna Ribbons

Radish, Avocado, Light Soy- Wasabi dressing

Seafood Chowder

Shrimp & Scallop Tortellini , dashi potato Soup, cabbage

Crispy Black Grouper

Black bean sauce, egg noodles, asian vegetables, egg floss

Soy Braised US Beef Short Ribs

Truffled potato pave , king oyster, charred leeks, sesame oil, carrot puree

Spiced Chocolate Tart

Cookie crumble, Vanilla Ice cream, candied orange
