Behold! A goddess has fallen.

If I were a goddess, you'd see me wearing a white and gold linen dress.

Well since I'm no immortal, I made my own adaptation of a demi-goddess.

Demi-goddesses still have to look regal despite their half-god lineage.

For the so called "deity-look", there are 2 important factors to consider: 

the CLOTHES and the HAIR

For my ensemble, I chose to wear a white top that is embellished with gold sequins.

I paired it with a royal blue maxi skirt to embody superiority and sophistication.

I bought both my top and skirt from Soigné Clothing. 

Their clothes are so chic, modern and elegant.

Oh, I just love how carefree this outfit makes me feel.

The top is so feminine and the skirt is very flowy.

Now let's move on to styling the hair.

To look ethereal, your locks have to be well-maintained.

With that, accessorizing your hair is key and I believe that 

flower crowns & embellished headbands are classic.

For people who have short hair or are looking for ways to revamp their look, 

one way would be Hair Extensions. Until now, hair extensions are very popular 

because it gives women what they have always wanted: Beautiful Hair. 

The length, shape, style and color are all dependent on your preference. 

So far, http://www.seekhair.co.uk/ seems to be one of the "Go-To stylist" for beautiful hair.

I already have experienced having short hair and personally I prefer long hair 

because I can style it any way I want. I love to curl my hair as it adds that sexy appeal. 

For instance, you can wear 20 inch clip in hair extensions to a themed-party,

then have straight hair for today and sexy waves tomorrow.

That's how versatile hair extensions are.

Anne Curtis: Plains & Prints Newest It Girl

Last August 23, 2013 at Glorietta 1 Activity Center Palm Drive, 

Plains & Prints formally launched the #perfectpartnership.

Yes, you guessed it right. That is

PLAINS & PRINTS + Anne Curtis + ME (representing you) = Perfect Partnership

Plains & Prints is undoubtedly one of the top local brands in the country. 

Their RTW clothing line is very fashionable, chic and modern.  

Congratulations Mrs. Roxanne Farillas for choosing Anne Curtis as the newest endorser.

She's definitely the perfect fit for the brand.

Anne Curtis has 5,206,099 twitter followers as of August 26, 2013 11:35 PM. 

Imagine how incredible this woman is.

In fact, this is how Glorietta looked like while everyone was waiting for her to arrive.

After hours of waiting, Anne finally arrived.

She performed David Guetta's Titanium and Katy Perry's Fireworks.

Her dynamic performance stunned everybody and all those waiting was indeed worth it.

She is definitely one hell of a performer, no wonder she has a lot of fans.

She also gave these 2 kids the opportunity to sing with her during her Fireworks performance.

Another highlight of the event was the Meet and Greet 

wherein chosen fans get to be Upclose and personal with their idol on-stage.

 Anne Curtis congratulated each of the lucky participants and personally awarded them their prizes. 

I am damn lucky to be part of this :)

In the Spotlight

With the massive rains we are experiencing, I sincerely wish for everyone's safety.
Thank God it's starting to subside. Keep the faith.

It's impossible to take outfit shots at this kind of weather so I'll just do some backtracking.

These photos were taken a month ago. It was already mid-afternoon so my friend Sean brought

 his props along. Thanks to the lighting, I felt like a celebrity for a day :))

So here I am sporting a fun bright colored ensemble. 

My off-shoulder top reminds me of Walt Disney's Princess Jasmine.
I paired it with a skirt bursting with various shapes and colors to exude a hip attitude.

One easy fashion tip I have for you is to wear bright colors to perk up your mood.

Experiment with different styles and patterns to create a fresh modern look.

Celebrity or not, it's all about power dressing.

Nowadays, power dressing is no longer limited to professionals of business and law. 

Trust me, it should already be incorporated to your daily life.

When you dress up, you command attention. 

Hopefully the kind of attention that would make first impressions last :)

Print on Plaid

Plaids are making a comeback and this time I'm matching it with Prints.

Fret not because there's no golden rule on what to mix and match.

Just remember that you flaunt what you wear so just make sure to carry it well.

How did I decide on this outfit then?

If there is harmony in music, so does fashion.

Since my plaid pants generally have vertical bands, 

I chose a top similar to it. That way, the direction is going downward. 

So how do you like this chic corporate look?

Just add some drama and sophistication with your hair & accessories

and voila you're good to go :)

My Perfect Partner

When you look at the mirror, what do you see?

(This question I rhetorically raise to everybody)

I’m now in my mid 20s and I’ve got my hands full. 

Imagine handling energy, telecom and the healthcare business altogether. 

Oh, the pressure I get every single day just to learn the ropes of the business. 

Like a chameleon, I adapt.

Don’t get me wrong though, I’m not complaining. 

Yes, I admit it’s difficult but I see it more as a challenge to make myself better.  

As a blogger and fashion stylist ( told you I’m busy! =D ), I make sure that I look presentable every day.
Believe me when I say that what I wear affects my mood.
I simply draw confidence from my outfit to make me look and feel better.
